“Yesterday I was clever, so I wanted to change the world. Today I am wise, so I am changing myself.”

Package of 5 sessions
Instead of having a fixed program for you to follow, I have concluded with many of my clients that it is even more fruitful to put together different topics, and provide you with different types of workbooks for you to move your individual goals forward in the best possible way, and to feel supported while doing that.
How to prepare for your session
List everything you’d like from your session. (Please underline what is the most important to you.)
What is your specific question for me? e.g.“How can I …” (Takes effort to formulate, but gives so much clarity)
What seems to be blocking you at the moment? (Emotionally, physically, mentally, spiritually …)
Workbooks
Rauha-sessions include workbooks. View workbook topics here.
Wondering what the difference between coaching and therapy is? This is what to expect from my coaching services (compared to therapy)
Coaching is a place to build new skills, get educated, increase your sense of clarity and choice, and learn how to engage in your life in new ways.
Therapy is a place to deep-dive into your inner world and address mental health issues, as well as to work through trauma.
Coaching asks you to set goals, show up to each session knowing what you want to discuss and work on, and to follow through on the weekly actions, or homework, you commit to.
Therapists generally hold you with more spaciousness, meeting you where you are without directing you to say, do, or make anything happen other than to be where you are.
Coaching assumes you mostly feel balanced, and ready to lean into doing things in a new way in your life. Obviously everyone experiences worry and feeling triggered. That is just normal part of growth periods.
Therapy welcomes you with whatever level of crisis, trauma, addiction, or mental health issues you may be experiencing.
On a scale of supportive to challenging, coaching is more forward-leaning and challenging as it encourages you to lean into trying new things in order to achieve your goals.
Therapy, on the other hand, is more supportive as it holds space for you to explore and learn how to work with your inner world.
Professional boundaries are different with coaches and therapists. Coaching is more conversational and you'll likely get to know personal information about your coach though examples and teaching stories.
Therapists have much stronger boundaries and are trained to leave themselves at the door. This gives you the experience of having a space that’s entirely for you, which can be very healing for doing deep work.
Here are some clues to see if your goals resonate with what I do:
You are ready to open the door towards something new, more pleasurable and more magical to enter your life
You know you are a creative, intuitive and an amazing woman who has BIG DESIRES for herself and is ready to own her feminine power and harness her potential in a bigger way
You feel a burning in your heart to take control of your life and intentionally create a life that feels like you.
You intuitively know that your body wants the best for you, and you are interested in knowing more about what it is trying to communicate with you.
